Balsamic Vinaigrette

 2T Honey

1T Dijon mustard

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

Combine honey, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, and balsamic vinegar. Whisk these ingredients together.

Add ¾ cups olive oil. Whisk again.
