  • Transform by Transitioning to Mindfulness as a Way of Living

    Enjoy a Yin/Yang style yoga practice on the mat, (all levels welcome) then discover simple, small changes that create long-term impacts on your whole health and your ability to incorporate mindfulness as a way of living through interactive discussion and activities.

    Experience breathwork, relaxation techniques, asana (yoga postures), mindset shifts, mindfulness techniques, and more. Leave equipped with tools to help on the journey towards incorporating mindfulness techniques into life beyond the mat and practicing mindfulness as a way of living.

  • Inspired by the Yin/Yang styles of yoga, this class provides students with a balance of invigorating, flowing postures (asanas) and relaxing, passive postures with longer holding times. Relaxation and breathing techniques are integrated throughout the class. All techniques combined ultimately lead to mindfulness and meditation. All levels are welcome.

    Emphasis is made on learning ways to incorporate the skills into everyday life to care for the whole person; potentially relieving stress and anxiety and increasing positive, creative, and productive energy. Benefits include sharper mental focus, increased physical balance and flexibility, and heightened spiritual awareness.
