Program Overview

To affect substantial, long-lasting change, I ask clients to work with me for a minimum of 6 weeks to 3 months to create long-lasting lifestyle behavior changes and establish healthy habits that will lift you up and pull your career forward.

After we have our free breakthrough session together and decide we are a good match, you can choose the option best for you.

  • Re-design your lifestyle behaviors to be in alignment with your needs and what you want to achieve in your life. Make time for new habits while caring for the rest of your life obligations – in three months or less. This program is geared towards those who want the most consistent support and guidance toward reaching their vision and their best selves.

    • Each 60-minute private session includes discussion of client’s goals, progress, transformational health and wellness coaching, and personalized action steps.

    • Email support in between your sessions provided for quick questions and successes to share.

  • Enjoy all the benefits of the Signature Program at a more relaxed pace.
